Louisville, Kentucky has been my home except for two years of life as a graduate student at the University of Denver School of Social Work. I have been a therapist in private practice for the past 35 years and continue seeing clients by Telehealth. A significant part of my practice has been working with immigrants who are seeking the means to remain with their families in the U.S. I have also worked for many years in various social justice concerns primarily the areas of anti-war and peace-making, immigration and refugee resettlement, and international solidarity with the people of Central America and Palestine.
Loretto has been a spiritual home base for me for many years. I became a co-member in 2015 and then a member of Loretto Link. I began serving on the Loretto Link Board in January 2022. Since Link was created, I have served on the Membership Team, and more recently I joined the Cooperative Economics Working Group.
