“My connection with the Loretto Community began at Loretto Heights College in Denver.  I have been a vowed member, am currently a co-member and a member of Loretto Link.  I’m delighted to be a new board member after participating in many Loretto Link gatherings and events over the past 5 years.  The effort to create a non-profit, spiritually centered, justice based community is something I want to be a part of.

I am a newly retired Occupational Therapist and most of my work has been with chronically mentally ill and homeless adults. I have been a part of the Catholic Worker movement in Denver and spent time doing accompaniment in El Salvador during the turbulent 1980s.

Some of my favorite “things”:  swimming, reading well written novels, journaling, practicing the piano, walking with friends, having plenty of quiet time, speaking Spanish, hanging laundry outside and, of course, warm woolen mittens and whiskers on kittens”
