“In 1995 I came to Cedars of Peace to spend, what I thought would be one year in a hermitage at the Loretto Motherhouse. It’s almost thirty years later and I am still here (although not in a hermitage). Why? The Loretto community has spoken to me deeply over the years of a spirituality rooted in justice and peace, compassion and inclusion, care for and of our earth home. These values and commitments are alive and taking on new forms of expression in Loretto Link. I am grateful to be part of this movement into the future.
I am a Loretto co-member and a retired mental health counselor. I am also a member of the international Grail movement and lived and worked for many years at Grailville in Loveland, OH. I have a married daughter. Locally I have been on the Board of New Pioneers for a Sustainable Future for many years. I am a member of two Link Working Groups: Faith, Money and Me and Decolonization.”
