"I am a Co-member of the Loretto Community (1983) and a member of Loretto Link, serving on the Board as of January 2021. My background is in community social work, influenced by Loretto's values of justice and addressing inequities, particularly at the intersection of gender, race/ethnicity, poverty, and trauma. I am retired and a Professor Emerita from the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work.
Currently, I volunteer with a non-profit named Angelica Village, a cross-class/cultural intentional community of families and refugee/immigrant youth-promoting stability and equity. I live in Denver with my partner, Mary, and two cats, Obie and Teddie. Loretto is one of the most meaningful parts of my life and Loretto Link is a great opportunity to carry out Loretto spirituality and values now and in the future."
